Something as simple as a deep breath can change who we are in a single moment. With all of the frustrations, tasks, and emotions involved in a single day, a deep breath can help us feel centered, focused, and alive. Whenever you start to feel overwhelmed or flustered, inhale as deep as you can and then let all of the days stress flow out of you as you exhale. This will clear your mind and allow you to feel enlightenment every day.
