Introducing...

As our Fall collections begin to arrive, we'd like to welcome the latest additions to our ever-expanding mix of designers, L'Agence and Ian R.N.

L'Agence redefines the notion of reinvention, with each season designed by a different stylist in Margaret Maldonado's famed Los Angeles agency. This season, you'll find an undeniably feminine collection of silk dresses and tops that are as effortless as they are elegant.

Rouched neck lace print dress, $340

Crossover dress in peacock, $295

Grounded by a minimalist approach that strives to provide the "essential wardrobe pieces" for a modern woman's lifestyle, Rozae Nichols and Stella Ishii of Ian R.N. focus on spare silhouettes in luxurious fabrics. The result is a collection that evokes an understated sensuality and simple sophistication.

Silk double georgette wrap dress, $460

Deep V long jersey dress w/ keyhole back, $396

Come see these pieces and more at both McMullen locations.

All Things Inspired and Unique

McMullen is proud to be one of the 85 featured businesses in the second edition of Eat.Shop San Francisco, the latest in a collection of carefully curated city guides that are researched, photographed, and written by Portland based Kaie Wellman. Described as "an encapsulated view of the most interesting, inspired, and authentic locally owned eating and shopping establishments," the Eat.Shop guide is just as useful for visitors as it is for locals.
Our congratulations are extended to our Piedmont Avenue neighbors Adesso and Mercy Vintage, both of whom are also featured. Come and pick up your copy today at either of our locations!

Ports 1961 Fall Trunk Show

Ever since its debut at McMullen in Spring 2009, Ports 1961 has consistently taken our breath away. Known for producing classic, structured pieces with a romantic and modern twist, designer Tia Cibani creates clothing to accomodate a woman's lifestyle where "elegance must meet her everyday needs." Cibani approaches this goal with a wordly, international perspective and a desire to communicate an imaginative story through her collection.

This Fall, Cibani explores a world in which the technological coexists with the natural, venturing into "a realm that is rooted in the past yet reaches for the future." The product of this exploration is a collection that is simultaneously modern and classic. Combining contrasting textiles and adding abstract structural flourishes to simple shapes, Cibani celebrates yesterday while embracing tomorrow.

We are proud to feature this elegant and innovative collection on July 13th and 14th at McMullen on Grand Avenue. We hope you'll join us!

Closed for the Holiday

McMullen will be closed on Sunday, July 4th and Monday, July 5th in observance of Independence Day. We wish you all a thoroughly relaxing holiday!
