Weekly Inspiration :: Bravery

“Don't be afraid of your fears. They're not there to scare you.
They're there to let you know that something is worth it.”
~ C. JoyBell C.

 Feeling fear in times of great change or tribulation is only natural.
 In life, we unfortunately must experience things that scare us, or that make us feel powerless and out of control.
But our fears do not exist to halt us in our tracks.
Instead they should serve as a means to realize how strong we truly are, and as a motivating force to help us fight as hard as we can to be happy.
Things may not always go as planned, but having faith in yourself and in knowing that you are willing to push on regardless of what comes your way, this is the true meaning of bravery.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We celebrate all who have bravely fought this disease. Your bravery is an inspiration.

Weekly Inspiration :: Survival

"We shall draw from the heart of suffering itself
the means of inspiration
and survival."
~ Winston Churchill

It is only a fact that suffering exists in life. While there are times when we feel we simply cannot carry on, suffering can be the well from which hope and survival spring. When faced with lifes obstacles, find your inner strength and never give up without a good fight.
Use your fears and sufferings as a motivator to carry on, become stronger, and win those unforeseen battles that interfere with your happiness.
Always remember that you are a survivor.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we celebrate all of the fighters and survivors who have battled this disease.

Weekly Inspiration :: Courage

I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

"I learned that courage was not the absence of fear,
 but the triumph over it.
The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid,
but he who conquers that fear."
~ Nelson Mandela

Fearing the difficult things that come our way is not a sign of weakness.
It is only natural to fear the unknown, but within each of us is the ability to conquer that fear with determination, strength, and courage. Courage is the ability to look fear in the face, recognize it as a challenge, and push through it to achieve what we think is impossible.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Wishing strength and love to all the courageous women battling this disease, and to those that have loved and lost sisters, friends, and mothers to breast cancer.

Weekly Inspiration :: Hope

"When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you,
till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer,
never give up then,
for that is just the place and time
 that the tide will turn."
-Harriet Beecher Stowe

Hope is the thing that keeps us going. No matter how many challenges come your way,
your hope and strength will always get you through.
 Trust in yourself, think positive thoughts, and lean on your loved ones
when you need an extra dose of hope.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Sending strength, love and hope to all of our sisters and friends who have battled or
lost loved ones to this disease.
